1. Do you take special requests for Diaper Cakes?

While we cannot guarantee you that we will make special request items, we would certainly love to hear your request and give it consideration. Email us with as many details as possible and we will get back to you with an answer and price. Please allow at least two weeks for special requests to be created and then shipped.

2. What size diapers do you use?

Pitter Patter Creations' cakes are made with Pampers Swaddlers size 1 which fits 8-14 lb. baby. If you need a different diaper size, please place it in the "Special Request" section during check out and we will accommodate the request.

3. Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the continental U.S..

4. How do I receive discounts?

We periodically send out discounts to our mailing list subscribers. Click here to join.

5. Do you have a store front?

We are currently an online boutique and do not have a store front.
